- TBTom B.Feb 13, 20265.0Very happy. After trying two other places for a picture needed for a Brazilian eVISA, I was able to get one here. Although, not without some challenges, Tom and Naz, who were fantastic, were able to get it done. I said I needed a passport photo, but actually mentioned to Tom while he was printing copies that I was going to use them for a Brazilian VISA. Pictures print, I take my 2" x 2" passport photos home and attempt to upload them on the Brazilian eVISA site. After many attempts and not very good explanations on the website of what is the problem. I did more research and found out a US passport, a Brazilian passport, and a Brazilian VISA all use the same 2" x 2" photo. But a Brazilian eVISA requires a 3.5 x 4.5 cm rectangular photo. Tom said, no problem. Come back down, get your picture taken again and we will insure that it is to that 3.5 x 4.5 cm size that is required. No extra charge for redoing the photo. This was all done with smiles. Obrigado ( Thank you in Portuguese).
