  I cannot be more pleased with my experience with this UPS store. I had a very custom specific type of Christmas card that I designed myself with my own paper and needed a large printer to print at a specific size. There was a lot of customization required and the manager of the UPS worked with me for probably around 2-3 hours to get it just right for the formatting and the sizing and the paper. He ended up hand cutting each of the 200 christmas cards to make sure it was just right. I am beyond impressed by the dedication put into helping me with this christmas card project and the care and thought put into doing the job well.

  Save yourself the hassle, just go to the post office for your passport photos. I’ve never once had a rejected passport application, until now, twice! After 2.5 months, 4 visits to this store, and an hour and a half spent dealing with boxes having to be moved for multiple retakes, a dead camera battery, upload issues, I still do not have a renewed passport—despite spending almost $70 on shipping alone. I was assured they were familiar with passport requirements for various countries. I paid $33 to send my first set of documents and photos internationally, but the application came back, rejected due to overexposed images. The store retook the photos at no charge, but I had to pay another $33 to resend them. The application was AGAIN rejected, this time because they failed to put their required store information on the back of the photos. I informed them of the issue, the manager Naz called me to say the photos were reprinted with the correct information on them and were ready for pick up. I was beyond stunned when I got there & was told it would be $75 for shipping. I said, “That’s double what I paid previously! Besides, you’re not going to cover the shipping cost since I paid twice already and the reasons the photos were rejected were because of your doing? Not in my control?” They offered a 5% discount. Thanks but I’ll ship elsewhere. I’m appalled by such horrible customer service. Just go to the post office - they are much more reliable with scheduled appointment times and a focus on passport photo processing.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store with their notary service. We had documents notarized and then traveled an hour to Chicago for an apostille, only to be told the notary had missed the required second stamp. We had to drive all the way back to Long Grove to have it corrected. Later, we learned we could have gone to the nearby DMV for the apostille instead—but once again, the paperwork was done incorrectly because the notary didn’t complete a required section. This resulted in more delays, unnecessary Uber expenses, and a lot of wasted time. For something as sensitive as notary work, accuracy matters. Unfortunately, this location made multiple preventable mistakes

  Excellent Friendly Fast Service!! Both owner & Tommy were very good & knowledgeable about EU Passport Photo requirements. Great service and appreciate answering all the questions. I would Highly Recommend this store
