For some reason they don't want to pick up ebay packages even if they are under a pound! Excuses I have been given is that they aren't suppose to pick them up if they are over 13 oz. I have been doing this for years and never had this kind of problem. I'm making them money and they can't pick up a package under 2 pounds???

I no sooner walked in that door and the clerk (Charles) greeted me with a smile and ask how he could help me. He was great and full of good useable information. These people need compliments not nails. They are great!!!
