- JDJeff DSep 1, 20251.02 times, I ordered the same product from the same seller on Amazon, the package made it from Pennsylvania to Decatur both times..also both times, after the product was marked as out for delivery from this facility, it was later delayed, then after 2-3 extra days, it was reported that the product was damaged, or undeliverable both times..a lot of incompetence here folks

Gavin, who works there helped us put the huge box on-top of our car and he put our ratchet straps around the box for us!! Gavin I hope you see this post and get a raise, you deserve it!!!! We made it safely home and the box didn't move. That was about a 45 min drive.
