  Built a new facility to lose packages and don't know where they went The red head gal at the front counter is incredible and provides great customer service. The rest of Fed ex horrible at running a business. Bring back the old building and sell the so called state of the art facility.

  Paid for overnight shipping of medication. They didn't deliver it and forgot it on the truck. You can't contact an actual person from the facility. I was sent to a call center who passed the phone call around for almost an hour with no resolution and they said they had no way to contact the facility. I will only use UPS from now on.

  Package shipped from Milwaukee on Dec 10. Arrived Decatur, Dec 12. Delivery exception for Sat (due to 6-8 inches of snow) - Acceptable reason. My business is closed on Monday, so again acceptable delivery exception. But did not try to deliver on Tuesday, called Wednesday a weather exception, no attempt on Thursday, and weather exception again on Friday. Saturday the Fedex truck parked across street in truck stop parking lot and was unloading into peoples cars, no delivery here and then filed business closed, weather exception. I was present and OPEN sign was on until 7pm, definitely past by end of day. Here it is 12 days later, customers are waiting for their goods, and tomorrow will be a weather exception because the sun is shining and the driver might get a sunburn.
