- MMMisty MitchellJan 4, 20211.0Worst post office and carriers every. Constantly getting damaged mail from them, and they love marking my packages as delivered and then not delivering them at all. Elderly neighbors has been waiting on mail to be picked up from their mailbox with flag up for over a week now and mailman still hasn't stopped to pick it up, but he sure can mark packages as delivered. I think the entire crew there needs fired and them bring in someone who actually cares about their job. Ibwould rather pay FedEx or UPS to deliver mail at this rate.

I actually used to rent a different post office box to avoid her but now she runs that one two so I'm stuck with her anyway so I might as well have the one closest to my house.
- NCNicole ClarkJul 5, 20204.0These people are difficult to work with they constantly send your mail back very unfriendly having a post office box in this building sucks I truly wish I just had a mailbox .have seen changes in staff they have been friendlier and more willing to work with you as far as PO box numbers are concerned I was even given a call about a package that I was concerned about they checked on it and let us know that it had moved thank you for that originally gave one star and I think that was very unfair I had a bad experience. I think all in all I just don't like having to have a PO box.
