- KFKaylin FitzmauriceJul 18, 20221.0Our mail carrier, Jessica from the Dahinda, IL post office, made up a malicious lie about us and our dog. Other residents in Dahinda,IL have also had very similar problems with her. Because of her dishonesty, we now have to pick up all of our packages from the post office. And to make things worse, when we tried to speak with the Knoxville, IL Postmaster, she screamed at us and threatened to NOT deliver any of our mail for 6 YEARS. It's extremely disappointing that Jessica's dishonesty and the unprofessionalism of the Knoxville, IL Postmaster went unpunished. I highly recommend getting outdoor cameras so this doesn't happen to you and I hope this review saves others from going through the same situation we did.

- DSDale SteffenFeb 1, 20161.0Why can't your web site be updated as to hours the office is open. They keep changing and one never knows what time you can bring a package in to weigh and mail it. Supposedly the sign says it was changed last May, but the web site still says it is open for a time in the morning. Eight months is a long time. No wonder the government is broke.
