- DSDr Lindoria StoreyDec 1, 20252.0I have informed delivery and since September 29, 2025 through today, I have not been receiving important mail. Specifically a check I never received and my drivers license, I recently renewed. I called today and spoke with the new post master, Ms. Kamona. Not so pleasant. Sounded irritated that I inquired about my initial complaint of lost never received mail in September and my current lost mail as of today December 1, 2025. I am not sure what's going on there, but something needs to change quickly!

- LBLAURA BROOKSJun 21, 20181.0MY HOME BUSINESS IS FAILING MISERABLY, DUE TO REFUSAL TO DELIVER TO THE DOOR!!!!! Enough is enough! On the East Exchange street route, the driver on this route will "NOT" deliver to the door! All of our neighbors have the same issue, and we had ENOUGH! She writes a ticket, "no one home" which is B.S....... we're both retired, my husband wheels himself around in a wheel chair. One of us is "ALWAYS" home. Or she'll say "NO ACCESS TO RESIDENCE".... WHAT????!!!!! No such issue!!! Amazon is filing a legal complaint as of today. Good! Well deserved and justified! When I go to our bank, which is next door to the Post office, there is good 'ol' Martin (the head postmaster) talking away on his cell phone! Every single time! Are you kidding me? I have my phone videos to prove it. Yet, when people come in with a complaint, he's never available. Check the outside back door people! You'll always find him there....having a good 'ol' time on his cell phone, while getting "PAID" on company's time!! We're all moving forward to the proper authorities with this issue. We have enough of support and proof from the neighborhood. If you have the same issue, PLEASE....... speak up!!! E-N-O-U-G-H!!!!!

Let me start with they've accidentally ran into my mailbox 3 times crushing it and haven't replaced it once and just left a note with the person saying sorry (it's in a row of mailboxes and mine always is the one to get hit) . 99% of my packages don't get delivered and the 1% that does is completely smashed or opened. I have to call more than once to the office to find my packages. This previous delivery I checked online where it was cause it's time sensitive/fragile materials and they said they left a notice (there was none.) The mail never comes at a steady time or never comes at all. Again WORST POST OFFICE EVER! They owe me money for 3 mailboxes and now my time sensitive materials are probably bad.
