- HTHerbert TillmanApr 12, 20245.0I was at this post office at 9:30 AM Friday, April 12( clerk 34;) country club hills il. she was extremely helpful great attitude she went above and beyond to help me with a registered letter to the Department Of Veteran Affairs. I really appreciated her taking the time to show me what to do and how to do it Great customer service is hard to find these days but I could tell she took a lot of pride and helping the people who came into the Country Club Hills, Illinois post office. Standing Ovation 6 stars.

- LMlinda mcclainDec 24, 20181.0This post office only has one employee who is always busy. She is great but the service is lacking. We wait in long lines and it scares me to death when I walk in and nobody is at the front desk because she is trying to do three jobs and is only one person. For none other than safety reasons, there should be at least two people in this post office at all times. Who ever is managing these offices needs to be fired. They charge us an arm and a leg to mail a letter but the service sucks.
