- DDDustinMar 10, 20251.0The lady that works at the front desk is terrible. Went in to do a change of address and she was being extremely rude to the people in front of me. Then i asked for a change of address form and she advised me they didn’t have any and i could go online and pay to do it or go to another post office. What a joke! I’d give it 0 stars if i could.

I was belittled by a old man, made to feel intimidated, and I was nothing but nice in the process. I would recommend using another post office in a close town if that is an option for you. 0/5 stars.
- CTCasey TannerJun 19, 20201.0There are 2 registers at this post office. I guess the only reason is as a backup to the other register. I have NEVER seen 2 people working register there. I have seen 10+ people in line, the clerk call for a manager who comes up, does an override or whatever then he heads strait to the back again. I have waited in line there 20+ minutes a couple of times. I know this is the post office and they could care less about customers and their reviews. But so you know, if you want good customer service in a timely manner, go to Maryville. Such a shame, the old post office in Collinsville was much better. I will never go back to the Collinsville post office.
