Not even a slip left in my mailbox saying I had packages that couldn't be delivered TO ME due to weather etc. I have had numerous issues similar to this and the postmaster just blows it off and makes excuses.

Does anybody have the answer. I mailed a card to my granddaughter from Anna and she lives in different state and got it three days. Well .it is Saturday and still no card. I won't mail anything out of coben Illinois again.
