When I tried to explain what I was needing I was quickly cut off and was told she hadn't had a chance to put mail out yet. I needed this package this morning. She went on to inform me that she couldn't get anything done because people kept checking in. I once again tried to explain what I needed and she wouldn't listen. Was told to come back after 1. This is just unexceptable. Maybe they should have more hours on Sat besides 1 hr. At e they shouldn't get a 2 hr lunch. They should utilize part of that lunch to catch up. Have had repeated problems with our mail. Will not accept mail to Street address so use Street address plus box # like I was told by the staff. Well they still send my mail back. Asked for them to add my Street address to the route that I was putting a mailbox at end of driveway and was told they can't do that but yet the post man run just one street over. It's not like he would have to drive miles out of his way. One street over! Really! Wouldn't even do it since I'm handicapped!

Does anybody have the answer. I mailed a card to my granddaughter from Anna and she lives in different state and got it three days. Well .it is Saturday and still no card. I won't mail anything out of coben Illinois again.
