I'm currently waiting for a package that was supposedly delivered on the 27, according to their status update on the order. It is now past the couple of days wait period the company asked me to give for the delivery. However, it was never been delivered nor have we received a note saying to they missed us or to pick it up at the office and I can't reach a person to ask about it. So frustrated

My friend was sending me a package and when I receive it, if anything is broken I will personally reach out to this post office due to the fact this woman basically threw everything around in this box while my friend was there. She even told the woman that there was breakables in it which the woman just continued to make rude comments to my friend. Maybe customer service is not important to her, and if that's the case she will highly unlikely care that there is a comment about her here. But I figured everyone else might want to be weary about using this post office.
