I took pictures before I opened it because I figured it would be broken....into a hundred pieces as it turns out. This is NOT the first time I have found something that was too large for the mailbox but was forced in anyhow. The product was packaged appropriately, wrapped with bubble wrap and fragile warning. I am out $30.00! ZERO STARS but couldn't post without giving one :-(
