After SEVERAL locations cancelled our passport appointments (Westmont twice and Lemont once) we finally got it done here. The lady that helped us was really nice (something you don’t see these days, USPS is comparable to the DMV’s employees now) and it was such a fast process. Kudos to this location.

I have mentioned many times that the previous tenant does not live at my current residence anymore. I was told this wouldn't happen again. It keeps happening anyway. When I went to visit in-person, my concerns were brushed off and the manager/supervisor said "Merry Christmas!" and to go ahead and get the media and a lawyer involved. He did not seem interested in fully resolving my issue or treating me like a valued customer.

The deed for my house reads "Clarendon Hills, IL 60514" About 15 years ago, the wonderful postal officials in my area decided to change my zip code from 60514 to 60527. Since then, all of my mail with the 60514 zip code, WHICH THEY CHANGED is being "returned to the sender." This problem is the result of what happens in this specific post office! My family and friends have all been advised to change their records so that my address includes this newer 60527 zip code; however, getting everyone to make this change is virtually impossible. Compounding this issue includes this post office not even trying to deliver these letters or packages with the former 60514 zip code, nope, they would rather return these pieces of mail to the sender. TERRIBLE!
