Today we walked in for a passport renewal and the man at the front named KEVIN helped us in less than 10 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes. We were actually shocked. He was so kind, patient, and relaxed. He spoke English and a bit of Spanish even. Please do not lose him he's amazing.
