I visit this post office almost daily because I pay for a PO box there..the employees are so rude, especially a chubby Hispanic womam that works on front on weekends or some times late afternoon, she never resolved any issue we have as a customer, she and few of them there never said,Good morning or good afternoon, they ignored you like you not there, is been times I will stand there for almost 5 min just waiting of them to help me or others in line, always with a face , like you are there to bother them, every time I walk in there I'm like here i come, I feel awkward. I don't understand why they have people working there with 0 customer service experience..
