- JCJames ChrisMay 20, 20241.0Anywhere else I've lived the mail comes everyday at the same time. Only in Chillicothe does it vary. Might be 11am might not be till 3 or 4 pm. Not sure what's so hard about putting paper in a mail box that's pre-sorted.

So my package was in the building and they returned it. Instead of being professional, decent people, they chose to NOT be helpful. They chose to provide an obstacle and not do their job. All with an attitude and demeanor of not giving two cents worth of concern.
