- BEBob EganMar 2, 20261.0The woman working the counter Marie just walked away at nine am and never came back no one was working the counter a man came back I was next in line and asked for stamps and had to call the downtown office just to get someone to get me twenty stamps maybe they should abandon this post office and get rid of Marie fifteen people in line and absolutely terrible service.
- LBLianna BonacorsiFeb 18, 20261.0Plan to leave crying! the employees I spoke with had me leave the line 3x and get back in line because I was missing parts of things to send a package to Germany, which meant I spent an hour waiting in line, and each time I got to the front she would say something incredibly rude and send me away again. It costs nothing to be kind to someone, and isn’t too much to ask to be HELPED at the desk, not yelled at and sent away repeatedly.

From the moment of walking up to the desk, the employee was snarky and rude, and when my husband asked her to not be snarky and rude, she stormed off and refused to help us. After waiting another 15 minutes for someone to help us, we had to ask 2 different employees and the manager before finding someone else to finish our application. Do not expect respect or confidence in humanity if you enter this location.
