Called me the day of my appointment to tell me the lady who does the passports isn’t there… I guess no one else is trained to do it 😒

I live in an apartment building with NO DRIVEWAY. I checked my ring camera. No delivery was ever attempted. It's been 2 days and nothing has updated in the system. They have THE WORST customer service on the south side of Chicago, only being slightly outdone by the location off 111th and State Street. The lines are routinely long, yet the staff are openly unbothered by it, frequently seen standing around engaged in conversations while people wait unnecessarily long times to be serviced. There's usually only one window of four open for service, with one exclusively for passports. If you have to patronize this location, pack a lunch and a folding chair, you're gonna need it.
