- HFHeather FordFeb 20, 20261.0I just moved to the neighborhood and it’s a shame that this is my post office. I’m going there constantly and very often no one is at the counter. Another day, a senior shout asking to see if someone was even working, and the clerk, Mrs. D. Butler, was very rude to him. As a matter fact, it’s the same clerk that doesn’t scan my pre paid labels, making me using the kiosk. With my dislexia is really difficult for me to use the online kiosk machine. However, she still always refuse to take my packages and tell me to use the kiosk. I found myself driving 10 min to another USPS now, that never gave me any issues with scanning my 7-8 pre paid labels (packages). Mrs. D Butler, if this gets to you, please know that you make my life very difficult now, and I would be ashamed of treating people like you do as a federal employee.

Please do not force people to click on services. The service that was offered was fantastic on the payment screen; I cannot speak about the rest because I had nothing else to do. It would be better if you treated customers properly
