The staff at this office were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint against every employee involved. I have full video evidence showing that they refused to call a manager when I asked and clearly did not want to serve us. I will also be requesting the information of the customer who was ahead of us and told my wife five times that she “should stay at home with the child” and should not bring the child there. (I’d really love to know how you’re supposed to take a passport photo of a child without the child being there. )This harassment is also fully recorded on video. I will be pursuing formal complaints and legal action. If anyone else experienced similar treatment or was unable to get a passport for their child, contact me. I am absolutely not a confrontational person, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and will not be ignored.

When we asked for a manager, the lady refused and said the passport clerk was the manager, and another customer began yelling at us saying we should stay home if we have a baby while staff did not intervene.
