During my recent visit, I observed consistent unprofessionalism, including dismissive responses to customer inquiries. More critically, I witnessed Pan and Michelle openly mock and demean customers, specifically those of Hispanic heritage, creating a hostile and discriminatory environment. This conduct is unacceptable and warrants an immediate investigation. Such bias has no place in customer service and reflects poorly on this establishment.
