The item was already packaged the way it came, and rather than politely explaining any concern, the two women working there immediately became defensive, rude, and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. I completely understand that store policies may need to be explained, but there is a way to speak to people, and this was not it. The tone, attitude, and overall lack of professionalism were completely unnecessary. I walked in with a smile and left feeling irritated, talked down to, and honestly shocked by how nasty the interaction was over something so simple. Very disappointing experience for what should have been a quick, basic drop-off.

This was one of the few locations that my job approved for fingerprinting and was a 30 minute drive for me. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told that the “fingerprinting person” left for the day. No one notified me beforehand or cancelled my appointment. No respect for people’s time
