- TTT TFeb 20, 20261.0AVOID, this SCAM place. They attempt to charge you with bogus fees if you drop off a package with a UPS prepaid label no matter the size, they must think we're idiots. Not to mention the girls working there have attitudes & seem miserable. It's less than 5 min walk for me, never going here again. This location must be investigated.

- MBMatt BezJan 27, 20261.0I arrived today with a prepaid 2 day shipping label costing around $400 for the shipping. I went to drop off package and they wanted $20 for handling it. UPD should either close these stores or pay the fees internally.

According to the sales associate - "the owner is able to charge extra fees for drop off of pre paid packages with labels due to it being an independently owned location". You will lose business and I will not be coming back to this location for UPS services. I will drop off my package at another location because I'm not paying a fee.
