  The older medium tone black woman with glasses discriminated against and refused to serve me. She always has an attitude towards me. The older generational of women have to stop discriminating and being nasty towards younger men. She refused to serve me and referred me to the younger black male. I come there for service with no preference. I will be writing a formal complaint to corporate as well. Some people truly carry and project hate and disdain towards others because they are different. Now if I made a direct issue about this at the store I would be starting an altercation and be the problem. They would make an excuse so I came here to make an account of the event. I frequent the area and need the office services so I utilized the passive solution. I came there to fax paperwork for my background check. I have a unique name so it’s easy to remember. I believe she has perceived me as a nuisance because I took too many pens before but this was a few summers ago and I can’t believe she’s holding a grudge or just acts saditty.

  I came into the store for notary services. The woman that helped was so pleasant and professional. When she realized we needed to also have our document apostille stamped, she offered more detailed information that we would need to bring with us. Her knowledge was so appreciated. The entire staff here was outstanding. Thank you.
