  Rich was extremely helpful with getting my package sent off. I had to get a label printed at the location and the entire process took no more than 5 minutes. I got there as soon as they opened so there was no wait.

  So yesterday I had an epic plus experience at the UPS store over at 27 N. Wacker. Had the pleasure of being taken care of by one of the clerks, Bob is his name. And I must say that not only was he attentive but the customer care was top notch. So if you're looking for superior, quick and excellent customer support head on over to 27 N. Wacker.
