    I had a very poor experience at this UPS location. The staff member was rude and unhelpful from the start. I simply needed to print a document and asked if it could be done on a different paper size, and he immediately said no without offering any alternatives. After I emailed the file to the store, he claimed he didn’t receive it and told me to stand by the window while he continued helping other customers, without any follow-up or effort to resolve the issue. We ended up going to another UPS store on Taylor St, where they received the file right away, printed it on the correct size with no problem, and even charged $3 less. I would not recommend this location—save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values customer service

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE OWNER IS SUPER RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE LIKE SUPER AGGRESSIVE UNREAL HOW HE DEALS WITH UPS DRIVERS/ CUSTOMERS. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING HERE USE PIRATESHIP.COM SAVE MONEY AND DROP YOUR PACKAGES ELSEWHERE. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE IS RUDE. TWO WOMEN WITH GLASSES TALL AND SHORT HEAVY ONE I CANT BLEVE THEY THINK THEY ARE PROVIDING ANY SERVICE THE WAY THEY LOOK AT CLIENTS. THEY DONT EVEN GREET CUSTOMERS. BOTTOM LINE SAVE YOUR MONEY TAKE YOUR PACKAGES ELSEWHERE.THIS MAN WHO OWNS THIS THINKS HE IS DOING PEOPLE A FAVOR BY DOING HIS JOB.. SIR FYI? WITOUT CUSTOMERS YOU ARE NOTHING... NO WONDER YOUR EMPLOYEES ACT THE WAY THEY DO ... YOU ARE THEIR PRIME EXAMPLE. ANYTIME YOU GET A GOOD PERSON TO WORK HERE THEY RUN AWAY FROM YOU.

    I believe this is a fantastic UPS Store, located in the heart of Bridgeport, on Halsted. It is a little bit of a hideaway when you are walking down the street, because the entrance is turned in and off the main sidewalk, but still a fantastic find, nonetheless. They provide so many services that they would be a one-stop shop. Besides shipping and receiving packages, they sell postage stamps, and have a notary on site. They also sell mailing supplies and products. Another plus for residents who don't have a mailbox at their residency, they can get a PO Box at this store. The store is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

    Dropped off package it was never picked up by the driver… only scan shows “ customer dropped off” i believe someone is stealing here.. nobody wants to help, people are extremely rude been 2 weeks and im still waiting for a follow up. while I was there 2 days ago another person came in for the same reason “ dropped off a phone, but it never left the store… “ so this sounds to be the norm now ? Owner you re reading this, check your security camera someone is 10000% stealing. Hopefully this review will finally make you follow up with me. Im sure you know who I am… you see me everyday. New staff 0 out of 10. REPLYING TO YOUR REVIEW. YOUR BEHAVIOR DOES IN FACT REPRESENT YOUR VALUES. BECAUSE WHEN I CAME IN THERE YESTERDAY WITH A CONCERN THE OWNER HIMSELF ASSUMING YOUR COPYING AND PASTING THIS RESPONSE FOR HIM TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK. SO INSTEAD OF COPY/ PASTE SOME AI GENERATED RESPONSE FIX HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. FOR AN OWNER OF A BUSINESS THAT IS MEANT TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE ACTING THE WAY HE ACTS IS WHATS ALARMING. YOU MIGHT BE THE ONE STEALING? IS THAT WHY YOU DONT WANT TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER'S ISSUES? EVEN THE UPS DRIVER TOLD ME HOW YOU FOLLOWED HIM THREATENING HIM ? THE YOU SHOULD BE AUDITED WILL DO MY BEST TO GET UPS TO AUDIT THIS LOCATION.

    if i can give a one star, i would. when i usually come into this ups, everyone is always super helpful. however, this was not the case. as i’ve seen in previous reviews, i assume we are all talking about the same middle aged woman with glasses. she was very rude, did not greet, gave an attitude and would tell the lady behind me in line to not step up because she decided to fix some plastic bags on the counter?? something needs to be done about her.
