Overall, the service was very quick, looking forward to dropping off another package so I could relive this moment again. Cheers!

Don’t waste your time asking them to package or send anything - they just refuse to do it and say they aren’t allowed to send it. Go straight to the 47 W Polk location. They told me they get business all the time when the Michigan store refuses to ship things UPS 1000% ships (in my case, a laptop with no battery defects).They were amazing and will be my new go-to location!

I'm a south loop resident so this is a convenient location for me, but I'm willing to go out of my way to never do business here again. We have options and all south loop neighbors should choose NOT to go here, maybe we can get her out of our business loop. The absolute worst experience every single time. I use fed exp now on michigan
