- DDDave DykesJan 17, 20261.0I paid $100 to ship a mirror at this UPS location. I insured the mirror for $400. The mirror broke, I had to pay the customer back out of my own pocket. UPS did not honor the insurance claim. I'm out $500 and UPS customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with in trying to process the claim. Hours of wasted time on top of all the money they cost me already. I ship products all over the country for my business, but I will never ship with UPS again as long as I live and tell everyone I know how horribly I've been treated through this process.
