- MMMariamMar 19, 20261.0I should begin by saying Abe tried his best to be helpful, but the bottom line is- I'm never shipping anything internationally using UPS again. Yes, I understand that the country I shipped to has strict regulations, but I had absolutely no issues when I shipped there with FedEx. They were thorough and the shipping costs were far cheaper with FedEx too. It's a shame because everyone in the store is kind, but due to them filling out the paperwork improperly, a box I shipped over a month ago is now being returned to me. Both me and my husband called UPS numerous times, filled out paperwork and sent emails, but we kept getting the run-around. I even started case and never received an update.

When I went to the store to find out why the product hadn't arrived, they gave me a phone number, but they didn't resolve anything. Today marks four months since that incident. Be careful; the staff there is not trustworthy. To this day, no one has contacted me. In short, my AirPods were stolen, and I'll have to seek legal advice to recover my money.
