I went there to send important documents, and I was quoted an extremely high price (over $400) for shipping within the U.S., which felt unreasonable and was not clearly explained. I decided to check another UPS location, and they charged me only $39.39 for the same type of shipment. That huge price difference is unacceptable. When I asked for clarification at the Bryn Mawr location, I didn’t receive a clear or helpful explanation. As a customer, I expect transparent pricing and honest guidance about available options. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend comparing prices with other locations or carriers before using this store.

They refused to ship it unless I paid for a box… even after showing the manager the Amazon delivery photo of how it was shipped to me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Extremely helpful above and beyond customer service, with the ability of only a few them to notorize documents for Cook County/State of illinois.
