Then the staff refused to accept the box I brought and required me to purchase another one from the store for $10. It feels like unnecessary upselling rather than customer service. How does that make sense when the shipment is already prepaid?

He was kind enough to tape everything and print all correct information needed to go on packages. I didn’t have anything labeled or taped. He assured me that everything was correct made sure to guide me along the way with questions on screen before payment. This was top tier customer service for me and no wait time or hassle. I would recommend this location for all shipping needs. He made my day. He was a great help and every customer deserves this type of customer support. Thanks Gilbert for making my day a little more easier!

Today I stopped in to print out a large document on the computer - I didn’t need help as I’ve done it before. The store was full of customers and I could see the guys working were multitasking already. My printer jammed and without me having to ask for assistance, Stephan stopped what he was multitasking on and jumped in to help. After struggling with the printer jamming over and over, he asked I email the document over and have him print it for me. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with what I seemed to be a frustrating task - nobody likes printer issues. Stephan was courteous and professional helping me and other customers all at the same time. Highly recommend this store and the team there. Thanks!
