  Under new management, this place was a delight to visit. Quick, helpful, above and beyond service- Dakota, specifically, was noteworthy as a knowledgeable associate.   New owners have totally transformed this store! It’s clean, efficient, and the people who work there are all so nice. Such a pleasant experience, I’ve actually started switching more of my packages to go thru UPS.

  At first I was all bummed out I had an issue with some phones that wasn’t supposed to get shipped thru this store but I went in and talk with Amid and he was very helpful and kept reaching out to the phone company until the issue was resolved thank you very much for staying on top of this.

  The new owners and staff of this UPS store are fabulous! Denise helped me set up my new mailbox. They seem to be really lovely, confident, and knowledgeable people. Everyone was very friendly. It’s so great to have them in the neighborhood.

  This place has new owners, walked in expecting the 2 star google review treatment I read online (for the prev owners), ended up receiving a 5 star treatment from the new ones. Incredible, can’t imagine going to another UPS now. They’re friendly, funny and made sure I got the cheapest option available for what I wanted. Great notary services there too.
