  Thank you so much for acknowledging. I also would like to add that I was at their store recently regarding a package that was left at the dental place next door. The guy was so willing to help even after the store hours and i really appreciate that. Then there was another guy who came later that also assisted with my wound supplies. My legs were on fire and I hoped that the dental place returned the package, but they could not find it at all. Thank you to those two guys that went above and beyond. I wasn’t able to get my meds and wound supplies but their actions show that they really cared. I appreciate that so much. I still didnt get the reshipment but im going to keep trying to get a manager at Byram to use a different shipper or if i can. Thank you two so much!! I really appreciate you both! I wish I knew their names. I like this store. Everyone is nice and patient with you. I just wish they would answer thermos phone. If they had a working phone I would be able to call without driving out to them just to speak with someone.

  Marley store manager very ignorant and rude. Dropped off important documents to be shipped next day air at 10:59am on 2/9/26 found out this am 2/10 that my package was never picked up Marley claimed the driver forgot to pick up express packages and was rude in tone. Keep in mind the store at this location looks like a tornado zone so I’m not even sure how the driver could find the packages there. Based on it being almost pm on a 2nd business day and my package had still not been picked up I decided to pick it up my self. Marley was rude about me doing so and expressed in front of other customers how she wasn’t going to entertain me as of I shouldn’t be notably upset. I wanted to confirm that my documents were still in tact so asked for a new envelope and to add insult to injury she made me pay for a new envelope. Fly your important documents to the destination yourself before you ever trust this store to help with shipping anything

  Employee extremely agitated not patient at all horrible, all I needed was a faxed processed. If I'm unclear which was not the issue why have an attitude. The other associate was not familiar with processing fax that is double sided. I'm been at this location numerous times never experienced rude attitude. I asked if there is a survey available she stated(I don't know) yes she did. Every business counts on reviews, attracts customers. Being in customer service you leave you bad day outside the door. Turn the tables how would she have felt if I treated her that way. I will continue business with ups just not at this location.
