    I arrived shortly today (Sunday) before the store closed. All three UPS representatives at the store were very friendly upon arrival. Additionally, they were attentive and kind with each customer interaction they had, including with myself. I forgot to ask for the name of the representative that helped me in the store today, but he was very attentive and thorough in the process and cost of the return I had. Lastly, I was able to make my return at this location in about 5 minutes or less. I appreciate this location for their friendly, fast, and thorough service!

    At approximately 4:33 PM, we called the store to confirm whether a notary would be available.The person on the phone claimed the notary would be available from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. We were told that the notary typically arrives around 5:00 PM but is frequently tardy and not punctual, and we were advised to call back closer to that time. We called again at 4:55 PM and were then instructed to wait another 20 minutes and call a third time to confirm availability. Based on this guidance, we went to the store, because we already had a package that needed to be shipped. Upon arrival after 5:00pm, the employee provided a list of documents he would not notarize, then abruptly demanded to see our paperwork. Rather than allowing us to present the specific pages requiring notarization, he quickly flipped through the documents without properly reviewing them. He missed several key areas that needed to be notarized and continued to complain. He then asked, in a loud and rude manner, how much money I would be receiving from my pension and stated that if it was over $5,000, he would not notarize the document. This question was inappropriate and asked in a way that was both intrusive and unprofessional, especially given the sensitive nature of the information. As we continued speaking with him, he remained loud and rude. The situation escalated to the point where I felt threatened and unsafe. We ultimately chose to leave the store and instead contacted a local FedEx location for assistance. His demeanor throughout the interaction was dismissive, aggressive, and entirely unprofessional—particularly concerning given that we were handling sensitive personal information. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting. Additionally, we incurred transportation costs traveling to and from the store based on the information your staff provided, making the experience even more frustrating. We also had a package that needed to be mailed. This was a waste of time and money. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. No customer should be treated in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, particularly when dealing with confidential documents. Please address this issue with the staff at this location to ensure that future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
