  Do not bring your Amazon returns here. It took 45 minutes and I was the only person in line to return two things by the time I left there was 10 people online also with Amazon returns. The two times I’ve brought returns here they didn’t give me confirmation that the items were successfully returned and they were lost in transit so I never received money back. My assumption is that items might be getting stolen by staff. When I returned to watch that never was successfully received by Amazon after I dropped it off, one of the male staff was looking at it and kept opening up the box so my guess is that it was stolen, which is why I never got my money back.

  Jay in the print department helped me out. My order came out wrong, and I needed to bulletins for a service that night. Jay was able to get my order in time for the service even though she has an incredibly busy schedule. She saved me a lot of trouble. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

  The staff had zero patience, literally tossing things around. They were speaking so quietly it was hard to hear, and even looked annoyed while talking to their coworkers. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
