I had the unfortunate displeasure of coming here to pick up an online order and to send a return back to Amazon. The staff here are middle-aged , rude and not polite! Working in customer service and customer facing roles is a choice and a privilege. Upon waiting in an long line I was told by a cashier I was at the wrong counter and had to go over to the Pick up and Print counter which I proceed to do so and the person there was condescending and rude as well.
I am only leaving one star since it a requirement in order to post a review. I will not ever visit nor do business at this location again. I look forward to AI customer service reps because humans are so disappointing and like to project their unhappiness onto others!

Had a rough stop at another coffee place before this and just wanted a calm spot to reset. Was there earlier today around 2 and the line moved way faster than I expected for that area, plus my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso came out right on the first try. Ended up grabbing a spinach feta wrap too and the whole thing was like 13 bucks, not bad for being right by Millennium Park. Place was busy but still felt easy, and yeah I'd come back here next time I'm downtown.

Stopped in around noon on Tuesday because I was right by the park and needed coffee fast. Line was moving, the barista got my drink out in maybe five minutes, and my iced latte was actually strong instead of watery. Place was busy but still felt easy to get in and out, and for downtown the price did not feel too bad.

I’ve been here before and I’m sure most of the staff is nice but today I was called a derogatory word based upon my sexuality by a team member.
The gentleman working the Amazon returns between 10am-12pm on 4/2/2026 called me “gay”.
I asked if there was a place to throw out the bag I had. He said no. I pointed out the trash right next to him and he stated that is not for customers.
I left and went out stairs. He was coming up the escalator at the same time to eat lunch based upon what I heard him say to a co-worker.
As we reached near the top I asked him if there a trash can on that floor. That’s when he rudely said “no, your gay ass can’t carry it?”
I use this store often and was immediately shocked. If video is reviewed it’s clear I said nothing inappropriate nor was I argumentative. I maybe said 20 words the entire time I was in the store.
I’m now afraid to go back in.
I called twice between 2-5pm to speak to manager and could not reach anyone. I was just permanently on hold.
I’d love for a manager to comment so I can call to discuss this although I’m afraid to go back in if the employee is spoken to as he already showed his aggressiveness.

I ordered some custom made invitations for an event, and they turned out great! Staples only let you order in multiples of 25 and I needed 35, so I ordered 50(which was no big deal since there was a coupon code that made it really cheap). When I prepped the invites to be sent, I realized I only had 35, not 50. Luckily it was just the amount I needed, but a little disappointing that I didn’t have all 50 since they looked good I wanted to keep an extra one.
