  Dear Staple Corp. I was so disappointed today . I was here and asked the manager for helped to find the stuffs at the store . The manager guy’ve alway acted like he didn’t care , the first time he made mistakes about my tax-exempt that he didn’t put it when I gave to him . I had to called Staple to adjusted it after got back home . And today again , I was in the store and asked him about products that I will purchase over $100 . He didn’t provide the information even he available. That was bad . This guy seem like not a well trained , not professional and don’t have a good service mind at all How could he be a store manager ? I hope Staple Corp. will consider that and no wonder why the store always quiet here and less customers.

  Staples has always had everything I need in stock when I need it. They've been a tremendous help and their staff provides a friendly atmosphere.

  Very pleased with the staff and the quality of work in their print department!! I recently had a poster made there, and the staff was super helpful, it was done quickly, and it turned out so much better than I expected!! They really do make it easy for customers!!

  For printing files, I wish the signage was clearer that u can just print directly from the printer and you don’t need to log onto their expensive PCs to use

  I needed help with my computer setup. After spending considerable time trying to figure it out, I went to Staples for help. Joey helped me find a solution that fixed the problem at a price that was less than I anticipated. Thank you so much!!
