  Unfortunate customer service experience. I went in for notary services. I asked Ms. Sanders a question about the process and requirements. She told me I had to dial back my attitude because she could say no to stamping my documents. We finished my transaction in silence. No thanks for my business.

  I had a question about shipping out a Direct TV card and both employees were so kind. Their names were Ericka and Nikki. Ericka was patient with me as I tried to figure out the details for shipping out the card. She helped me so much by calling in herself and looking through many booklets of instructions. Although it was a stressful process, they handled everything with grace and put me to ease. They are lovely.
