  Christina went above and beyond to help us meet a tight print deadline. She was professional, resourceful, and great to work with. Couldn't have pulled it off without her!!!

  Overall, just a very rude staff, it always feels like you’re bothering them when you walk in. Just get what you need to get done or go somewhere else because if you come in here, you may walk out having a bad day.

  Terrible customer service. Rude staff and seem like they hate their jobs which is disappointing as a paying customer. I asked for copies and they told me $0.32 a sheet plus $2.50 surcharge which was fine. I picked up my items and they added $7.99 x 2 ($15.98) for file enhancement?? All I did was email my files to them for print out nothing else. They never mentioned the file enhancement fee at the start when I asked for the price and any additional ones potentially. They add it at the end. Sneaky and dishonest. Only go here if you are desperate or have no other options. Don't expect much!

  Called and confirmed that they had received a fax for me. Got there 15 minutes later and a different person working looked it up and swore that they didn't have anything for me. Luckily the other employee who found it was there and showed him. $15.58 for a 9-page black and white fax.
