- DMDerreck MApr 2, 20262.0I mistakenly had a USPS package of high value digital media delivered here on March 16th. It was confirmed delivered and then disappeared. There is definitely someone with sticky fingers working at this location. It's a shame because my prior experiences with this location have always been pleasant.

Just for them to randomly mark it as delivered on the 26th. I called and the machine didn’t recognize my tracking number and hung up.

The staff goes above and beyond in friendliness and they are very helpful. Its always a quick and easy experience when I come here whether it be for printing or shipping.

After that initial scan, the package never moved and completely disappeared from tracking. When I went back to ask about it, employees claimed I never dropped it off — even after I showed them the receipt proving it was scanned at their counter. Being told I was lying despite having documentation was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a high-value item. If you’re shipping anything important or expensive, I strongly recommend going to a different FedEx location.
