And I get that having to repeat yourself multiple times a day to multiple customers is the worst. But I think it might be easier if you'd just print out a word document saying "please leave packages on top of drop box" and tape it up instead of saying from the desk, with the exact same tone as someone speaking to a misbehaving six year old, that the face down, backwards piece of plastic halfway inside the drop box chute with no visible words on it should've been enough for them to understand that packages need to be left on top of the drop box. I understand the employee has probably had a long day. But I have to. I was dropping off a package from my office. Being talked to in a childish, condescending tone just borderline enough for you to pretend that it was a customer service voice in front of your coworkers and another of your customers was humiliating. Again. I get it. Repeating yourself every time someone walks in the door after 5PM must get really old, really fast. But speaking down to someone for lifting up the face down sign to see what it said, to see if it was informing me to leave the package on top of the box, was unnecessary.
- SSslimJan 22, 20261.0Nothing against the very friendly staff, but they (the company) have a dumb money suck of a printing service, basically have to prepay and guess up front how much u need to pay for printing PLUS the timer. Go to USPS instead where they just add the price for pages afterwards
