  Best FedEx in the city! They are so kind, fast, and I’ve never had an issue with an order. The only FedEx I go to.

  The service was fine, but management contracts with a predatory booting company. I feel like they are making side money with the booting company. I was booted within minutes and charged $170. I strongly advise parking elsewhere or avoiding this location entirely.

  The staff and products here are fine, but ownership contracts with an incredibly aggressive parking enforcement company (Innovative Parking Solutions). I was booted within minutes of parking and charged a $170 fee. Until management drops this predatory contract, I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere to avoid the trap."

  Horrible service. I was just picking up a fax and all I had gotten while trying to confirm and wait for it to come through was exasperated sighs and extremely rude dismissals. When I asked to confirm if the fax was correct she had all but scoffed and waved me aside. I was the only customer for a few minutes and she was acting like I was over burdening her. Hillary was the only nice employee there and seemed genuinely interested in helping everyone out though so the only saving grace there.
