The nations founders had an idea. Free communication, or as cheep as it can be and still be reliable. Why are our elected officials not behind this idea 100% across the board? It's not the staffing that's the issue here. Or if they are, 1st things 1st. Eliminate the political obstacles so the employees who are doing the best they can, with what they have to work with - are able to shine. It feels a "bit" understaffed. The facility needs a face lift. Streamlining of the processes. If you don't vote, you have nothing to complain about. And if you do. Call your Congressman or Woman...they're responsible for your "awful" experience.

Made a passport appointment a day ahead to come in and find out they don’t have a clerk to do it. Why not cancel the appointment so I don’t have to drive. Such a disrespect.

Worst post office ever. Rudest employees. They lost my priority mail package and there is no recourse. I've called, I've opened up investigation cases with USPS, I've walked in and tried to talk to someone. After 2 weeks no one knows where my package is, and not one single person has attempted to even look for it yet. They are completely negligent and do not care about you in the slightest. Do not give this place your money or your trust.

Worst post office I've ever used in my entire life. I've heard more than one fight with customers and staff and every year we just don't get our mail in January when our carrier goes on vacation. The supervisor then gaslights our building and tells us it's our fault. Just horrible. I'd love to see this place close. Although it's incredibly convenient location wise, whenever possible I avoid this place

Horrendous. Staff are on their phones and apparently can’t be bothered to help customers. I went here with my wife on December 1, 2025, roughly around 6 P.M., to inquire about an important package that had seemingly disappeared while in transit with USPS. We had been struggling for days to find answers by calling. We also tried rescheduling a delivery to no avail. It got so bad that there was no longer any record of the package even existing when we checked the website. Finally, USPS told us that our package was at this location and that we should go pick it up. We arrived and the woman at the desk was on her phone talking with someone and made us wait until she felt ready to listen. She didn’t know what to do about our case, so she sent us the back of the line again. We wait some 20 !more minutes and a man comes to listen. He tells us that they don’t have the package and that he thinks it’s out for delivery. When we insisted on the concerning details of our package’s whereabouts, he got annoyed and shooed us away. Lastly, the post office itself is a mess and in clear decay. Packages and mail strewn everywhere. Glass and signs broken. Update (2025/12/08): We received a call again assuring us that our package was at this location. Reluctantly and against our better judgement, we went once more and were attended by two different employees. They were competent and gave us our package in minutes. They explained that our package was indeed at this location all along, for many weeks actually. They apologized for their coworkers’ negligence.
