The gentleman working here Friday night a couple of weeks ago was the nicest USPS employee i've ever experienced. He was patient, informative, nice and helpful. Also I came an hour before closing and no line! The USPS gets a bad rap for being slow, long lines and having impatient and not-so-helpful staff. This particular employee changed my perception. I'm thinking about coming back for my passport photo!

I've gone twice in person. I've done an online service request which was closed out, they told me to contact the sender for a replacement. that was their solution.

- BCBen COct 28, 20251.0This place is a joke. I was buying an empty envelope. There was no pen around. All those pen stands or holders were broken with no pens. There was a space pen refill but it's either out of ink or clogged. So I asked the clerk nicely if I could borrow a pen. She said she had no pen. Are you seriously? This is an office. You have a 4-line counter and not a single pen? She was really rude. The customer she served shook his head when he left.
