Believe the reviews. They will legit mess up every single delivery. Try another service if you can.

The line was to the door which is absolutely ridiculous! They had one person working. If you’re not going to have more people working, you might as well close this location down!!

My beef is more with USPS in general, but this ugly little post office is about to take my heat. Sat at home for 5 hours waiting to sign for a $900 package yesterday. At end of day, it wasnt delivered, said to be held at the post office. Went in this morning and spent 45 minutes in line to be told it was back out for delivery, despite the tracking STILL showing it was being held. Now I have to wait around til 8pm to sign for it again, and I have little reason to believe it will show up. If it doesn’t come by 8p (or I’m on the toilet when they arrive during the next nine hours), I have to return to the post office Tuesday (Monday is President’s Day, a holiday celebrated only by postal workers). By Wednesday, it will be returned to sender and I will have to pay $30 to have it sent back out. I wanted to SCREAM at the rude woman behind the counter, but it’s not her fault, and I’d be rude too if I spent all day being hated on by people whose important things were being tossed back and forth across the city by folks who don’t care. Time to dissolve to postal service. The ghost of Benjamin Franklin is in tears.

Very disappointing experience at this location. My package was mishandled and I was given incorrect information about where it was sent. When I visited in person, the staff seemed distracted and not focused on helping customers. Instead of taking the situation seriously, there was a lack of urgency and professionalism. This caused unnecessary stress and delay, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Customer service should be a priority, especially when packages are missing. I hope management looks into these issues and improves the service at this location

I have never dealt with people as rude as everyone who works at the Rogers Park PO. For YEARS they have made going into the office an absolute nightmare. They’re rude on the phone. They’re rude in person. They lie. They pretend they’re supervisors on the phone. They lost a package of mine for 2 weeks before returning it to sender and claiming I had moved. They’re horrible and they don’t give a damn. Nobody seems to hold them accountable…it’s just a free for all where they begrudgingly do half their jobs and then blame customers when they get upset about lost packages that THEY lost. I will do anything to avoid having things delivered USPS because it’s an absolute gamble every single time.
