If I could give 0 stars I would. Employee talks on the phone instead of helping customers. I had a QR code which I know I can do at the self service kiosk but the kiosk had several people at it with multiple packages. Meanwhile no one was at the counter and the employee was clearly on a personal phone call so I went up and asked if she wouldn’t mind helping me because there was a line at the kiosk. She told me she wouldn’t help me and to get in line at the kiosk then went back to her phone call where she proceeded to loudly use profanities.

I used to like this location because it was easy to park, but after the last time I won’t go back. There were2 employees working. One was wondering around trying to look busy but not waiting on people probably because she didn’t want to break one of her inch-long nails. The other employee was working hard but yelling at customers. She yelled that if anyone had a drop off, they could use the self drop off because she wasn’t going to taking care of drop off packages. I was there about 30 min before closing and she continuously yelled at the long line of customers saying that she wasn’t leaving at closing time even if there were still people in line. She yelled they could go to another location or come back tomorrow. There was as a time when the US postal service was the only mail service. Its employees like these two that made the numerous mail and delivery services we have today an easy market to compete in. I avoid the US postal service at all costs because it’s always such a miserable experience dealing with their miserable, rude, lady employees.
