- AFA FDec 29, 20251.012+ people waiting at the self service kiosk. workers at the counter said they were unable to help with anything except purchase of stamps. how is someone at a post office not qualified to scan a pre paid label qr code? i am not saying that folks here are unable to fulfill their job requirements, but truly, how is nobody at the post office able to scan QR codes? i want to note that they usually do but on this particular day, they said none of them could. ….. ?? so frustrated!!

You know it’s bad when the line for self service is 6 people deep and only one person is talking with the counter agent. People obviously rather not deal with the poor customer service.
