- AEAndy Eclov1 day ago1.0I really cannot understate how incredibly rude the staff here is. I have to visit this post office a few times a week and every single interaction with any of the staff, particularly the two main clerks, im talked to with the most disrespectful tone and demeanor. It’s so extremely unsettling and unpleasant i went and downloaded the Google Maps app just to leave this review. Today I watched a pregnant woman pushing a stroller with a baby wait in line for over 20 minutes just to ask how to schedule a passport appointment. The clerk shrugged, said “I dunno we don’t do that here, sometimes wednesdays”. The customer asked for any more information and the clerk refused to acknowledge her, standing right in front of her. I swear this place is like a spa for the Cenobites from Helleraiser - our pain is their pleasure. I truly have never felt such utter coldness and disrespect from a staff member of any business. I do not understand how these employees can operate like this year after year with over 500 scathing reviews on every maps service with total immunity.

There’s no designated area to leave packages unless you wait in line for something that should take seconds. This is inefficient and incredibly frustrating for customers.
