It says they were delivered inside the parcel locker however I'm sure a 10 pound coat, a box of shoes & several other packages I ordered can't fit inside the locker parcel where I live at. I had 7 packages to put in the bin one by one and they kept getting stuck. I was looking around for staff to help but no one was there! I tried my best to insert the packages on my own which made a lot of noise. After I successfully inserted all my packages, A male staff member came out the back and yelled and gave me attitude in front of customers telling me to stop playing with the bin because it was full!! Very unprofessional since I didn't know the bin was full and staff members could've told me that when I was trying to insert the first package. Like it took them seven packages later to tell me that. A simple "ma'm you can drop off the package here, that bin is full" would've been good. This location is the closest to be so it's unfortunate having a bad experience here.

They say they deliver it, but that's not true. They don't leave any note or proof that they came because we were always at home and they never delivered our order. I went to the location to ask what had happened, and I was “helped” by the worst worker, I told her that she would redeliver our package because it is a bed frame and does not fit in a normal car, is big and heavy package, and I explained that they never came to deliver it, so she checked that the package was still at the post office and made me write on a piece of paper again my address with my husband's phone number and mine because they would call us tomorrow to deliver the order, and it turns out that today I checked the status of my order and it says that it was delivered and picked up by me when it is not true!!!!! This is a joke!!!!! Please NEVER TRUST IN ROBERTO CLEMENTE POSTAL OFFICE

Looking at other reviews, I can only imagine I'm not the first to be traumatized by her. She was talking on her phone the whole time so I didn't know who she was talking to and then when she finished scanning my items she just stared at me and then proceeded to yell at me for not telling her I needed a receipt. Like girl I'm not here to go skydiving yes I need a receipt ??? She was acting like I was the one working there lmao it was so bizarre. So if you're scared of going it to the post office because you might get bullied (if you know you know) I would avoid her at all costs because you will in fact get bullied lmao.
