The entire atmosphere felt hostile and unwelcoming. Since my local USPS closed, this is my nearest option but after this experience, I’ve moved all my shipping business to UPS. I won’t spend money somewhere that treats customers like an inconvenience. If I could give negative stars, I would. Management needs to take a serious look at what’s happening here. No one should dread a basic errand because they expect to be spoken to poorly. This location needs major changes.

It costs nothing to be kind to someone, and isn’t too much to ask to be HELPED at the desk, not yelled at and sent away repeatedly.

From the moment of walking up to the desk, the employee was snarky and rude, and when my husband asked her to not be snarky and rude, she stormed off and refused to help us. After waiting another 15 minutes for someone to help us, we had to ask 2 different employees and the manager before finding someone else to finish our application. Do not expect respect or confidence in humanity if you enter this location.
