A younger staff member kindly offered to help me with my two packages, but when I followed her instructions, another clerk suddenly came out and spoke to me in a very rude and condescending way, telling me to “get back in line” even though there was no line and I was only doing what her coworker asked. She even rolled her eyes at her colleague. Her behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. It made me feel very unwelcome.
