She said they don't mail out Priority Mail Express letters, first time ever, and to go to the post office in Pilsen. Complete trash. Close it down. The post master needs to investigate this place, train up their incompetent employees on how to use a computer at the front desk to send mail. I have gone to post offices in New Jersey, Germany, Virginia, and this is the first post office that refuses to work. Do better

This time I called and asked the customer service if I did not get a slip can I or someone else still go pick up the mail - they said yes, just with the tracking number. I waited on the phone for 50 minutes for this information OR to assign someone else to pick it up. My husband went with a picture of my ID- and they said they could not give it to him. The package was undelivered because of how heavy it is, yet it is not a big item. Isn't the point of delivery drivers to DELIVER the mail?! This is unbelievable.
