- DLD LawryFeb 17, 20261.0I am sick of this post office, the window teller starts their day whenever they feel like it so you can conduct transactions and get receipts I til they decide to come on. This place opens at 8:30 and the tell doesn't get in until 11, 12, 1 or not at all. So your forced to go on endless journeys trying to find a functional post office. The attitudes? Yea you get that for free just saying hello while they stare at you behind that glass. OMG why can't we have the same level of service and care like the fluent areas like Oak Park the service is awesome and they are friendlier. I can always get window service from opening time to closing time but in the hood, never know what your going to get. Then I had to help a person in a wheel chair as this location has a ramp but the outside door is locked so they can't come in. SMH sad

After speaking with Ms. Lockett, she took time to empathize and research with my issue. She provided a follow up call that really provided answers to the situation. I appreciate her time and patience!

- YLYesenia LandaFeb 1, 20261.0I’m not usually the type of person to ever leave reviews, but in this case I felt like it was necessary. I have had the same issue a few times where my mail says deliver but no where to be found or at complete different location. I have had the same mail lady for years and never had any problems always received my mail/packages etc I actually truly appreciate her work for making sure my packages and mail was safely delivered, but I noticed a few months back that she was training new people to deliver mail and now it’s new people delivering mail and packages my concern is that whoever is out there delivering please make sure to take a second look at the address and make sure that these people are even aware of what street they are on. There’s no point of rushing through the block trying to leave the mail if the mail isn’t even at the right address.
