Another review for Toni Marks. (I am going to ask my carrier later how to get the feedback to the power that be so she can get a raise.) This post office is busy, and way too small. However working with Toni made up for all that. She patiently answered everybody’s questions. One lady had to ship like 10 large boxes abroad and she patiently worked on each box while somehow keeping the line moving for other customers and answering their questions. Every once in a while she would let everybody know she was doing her best getting the line moving and thank them for their patience. She was so kind and warm, reminds me of the kind of experience I had at small town post offices. And Tony is a notch above compared to even that. I came by because I had issues with one of my packages where my post office— and the reps working the 1-800 customer service line, said there was nothing they could do. Toni looked into the issue and advised me about the next steps. I so appreciated her time and her kindness.

This is my preferred usps. The lady who works here most of the time is really kind. Has shorter lines *most* of the time, but even when the line is long the vibe is fine. Easy to drop off.

Toni Mark's was wonderful. Clone her and put her clones at the Irving Park and Southport post office.

I’ve had good experiences with simple package drop offs here but had a very bad experience with in-person change-of-address. I was unable to change my address online, so I had to visit a store and complete the paper form, which seemed very simple. However, the employee did not correctly complete the change, which caused an alert in the USPS system for potential fraud, delayed my change of address by multiple weeks, and made me unable to receive mail. After resolving this with my new local post office, they informed me that this post office filed the address update incorrectly. Advising caution if you are visiting for a change of address.
