I'm there at 6:15 when they close at 6:30, with nothing to do except drop things off after walking a mile to get there and they are closed already. Wow. Now to walk the mile back, only to get to do it again tomorrow now.

Toni Marks I believe her name was, was the golden emblem of customer service. I went in having no idea how to ship a weirdly shaped package, whether to ship priority, or what I was doing, as I don’t frequent the post office regularly. She patiently assisted me with exploring all mailing options and was such a pleasure to work with. That is not my typical Chicago post office experience, and it was a nice surprise that turned my day in a better direction. Thanks Toni! Shout out to you and your 30+ years of loyal dedication to the postal service.

Post offices usually feel like being in the twilight zone but this was great!
