Today I came by at 4:45 pm and it was closed again, but a post office worker from another store reopened it for the people waiting outside. Shout out to Tamika for her patience and great service, but the regular workers were nowhere to be found.

The short-haired woman working there was very ill-tempered and passive-aggressive. She was snippy the entire exchange and wouldn't make eye contact. After paying for the shipment she told me to put the package in the bin without specifying which one. There were unlabeled bins on both sides of the counter. She shortly gestured to one with an eye roll. After visiting this location, the plethora of 1-star ratings absolutely makes sense.
