Post office is always closed too early and I never get to check my P.O. box. Hours state that it’s open until 6 pm but last Thursday it was closed at 4 pm. Today I came by at 4:45 pm and it was closed again, but a post office worker from another store reopened it for the people waiting outside. Shout out to Tamika for her patience and great service, but the regular workers were nowhere to be found.

Rude service, if they decide to serve you at all. Closed for hours in the middle of the day. I know for a fact they've stolen my mail (tracking says it never left their facility, then just no more package, had to file a claim). Have lied to my face about their services at least twice.

Very rude staff. The self-service package machine couldn't measure my package so I had to get help at the counter. The short-haired woman working there was very ill-tempered and passive-aggressive. She was snippy the entire exchange and wouldn't make eye contact. After paying for the shipment she told me to put the package in the bin without specifying which one. There were unlabeled bins on both sides of the counter. She shortly gestured to one with an eye roll. After visiting this location, the plethora of 1-star ratings absolutely makes sense.
