Understaffed, unhelpful, and unfriendly. Always try to give the benefit of the doubt but a few dozen visits later, I see no room for improvement. Wish it could be no stars.

And low and be hold I get an email saying attempted delivery no safe location…. Whattt you didn’t even deliver it and no notification. Now I got to go to the post office and pick up my packages and hope that it’s there. I hate this place and can’t wait to move out this city.

The customer service is horrible. What was wild is that the three customers in front of me the day I visited were all complaining about packages marked as delivered but never arrived as well. I’ll be escalating this up to the postmaster of Chicago. This location is ridiculous and needs a complete overhaul. I’ve decided to call the USPS Office of the Inspector General on this particular location. They need to be held accountable in the event that they are mishandling our packages or worst, stealing them.
