If I could would rate zero. This has to be the worst location in the city. All I wanted was stamps, I stood in line over 25 mins with one window open and another for passports only. The line for all other services is going back to the entry way. This is the second time since early November I’ve been here and it’s this bad. My last time here I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this

I’m trying to ship a package internationally and they don’t have any customs forms, won’t tell me when they’ll get some, won’t print any and won’t use my barcode after I filled out the customs form online.
When I showed up today and mentioned I filled out the form online and had a barcode, the person working just said “No.” And I had to pry to figure out what the hell she meant by no!
Totally understand they’re probably overworked and underpaid but damn can I get a crumb of service?

How can I give it zero star? Seriously it deserves negative stars
Went at 10:40am on a Friday for fingerprinting services for federal records. The fingerprinting window looked closed, so I just wanted to check if it indeed was, but the young lady would not let me make a sound and gestured me to wait. After waiting half an hour for her to get through the two (literally only 2 but it took that long) customers in front of us, she said in the most condescending way that we must come back after 11:30am as the fingerprinting person was not going to arrive until after that. I asked if that was definitely true, she said yes. All this while on the website it said services was 9-5pm, no way of knowing the fingerprinting technician would just randomly not come during working hours.
We left and came back around 11:50pm, waited another 10 min to get to us, only to be told the fingerprinting person was not going to be in at all that day, and we must come back “later today or another day”
This is a joke, it’s one of the only 2 USPS that provides fingerprinting services in downtown Chicago, for which I had to sneak out of work to trek there to get this done. The workers has zero respect for people’s time, they don’t care at all about the customers (I know they probably are tired but I’m not asking for above and beyond services! Just any sliver of an attempt to help), all while there’s this creepy single instrument holiday music playing in the background reminding me that this might be what Hell resembles - aimless waiting only to be told you must come back again at an unknown time.
I am very disappointed with the quality of USPS employees at this Pilsen location.

I’ve been waiting years for this review and it’s finally time! This is the worst post office and worst government facility in existence. Understaffed, unhelpful, and unfriendly. Always try to give the benefit of the doubt but a few dozen visits later, I see no room for improvement. Wish it could be no stars.

Worst post office ever and lazy mail carriers are no better. 3 of my packages are lost saying the attempted a delivery when I fact I seen the mail carrier driving down the street like a maniac and not stopping delivering mail. And low and be hold I get an email saying attempted delivery no safe location…. Whattt you didn’t even deliver it and no notification. Now I got to go to the post office and pick up my packages and hope that it’s there. I hate this place and can’t wait to move out this city.
